My new job!

I have been very busy lately.
School, work and play.

I finally got a job!

It's at a new Harley Davidson dealer
just 20 minutes from home working in A/P and tax and title. It's a perfect fit...entry
level accounting. It's an open end temp position through an employment service
but it looks like it may be a possible full time job after everything is
settled. The owners have four dealerships. Two were just purchased in March and
May. I have been helping them get the filing set up, getting caught up on
different projects, matching payables to invoices, and police booking.

I have a job I can ride to but after
a long weekend of riding, I will be taking the car for a while. My bike is now
making a scary noise...rubbing and clattering...sounds like it's coming from
the crank case. I won't be riding to work for a while till Rich can pull off
the crank case cover and get a good look see. He said he can't believe it's
anything real serious since the bike has always been well kept and has never
been a problem. I will be hitting 40,000 miles in the next ride or so. If anyone
has any idea what it may be...feel free to chime in...I know...rubbing and clattering
could be anything when you’re not hearing it for yourself. My poor bike...it's
like a family member...it sounds so sick and I can't do anything to help it. I
just have to wait for Rich to get a chance to do his magic on it. Right now he
is in the middle of re-painting his truck to get rid of the rust before it gets
too bad. He has a 97 Dodge Ram with only 52,000 miles in mint condition...other
than the rust.

Between work, school, the house and
a busy social life, I haven't had much time for blogging. I have been checking
in on some of the blogs I follow and I am sure glad Harley is on the mend. It
looks like everyone else is off to a great riding season and I wish everyone a
safe summer.
